What is 127.0.0.1? Explained.

What is 127.0.0.1?
>>>  It is a special purpose IPv4 IP address called Local Host. It is the default address of all computer systems but it does not helps to communicate with other systems that a normal IP Address do.
Suppose my computer is having IP 182.01.34.123 now this IP is assigned to my computer to connect with a network or a network device but a special IP 127.0.0.1 is assigned to my computer to know that I am currently using my own computer.
This IP 127.0.0.1 is used only by the computer that is on. This IP does not works as a regular IP to share or transfer files, data, etc.
